Sophie Reynal - Founder and Managing Director- AlliA Finance explains :
“A personal advisor to corporate decision makers, I set up my own Paris-based M&A boutique in 2008 to channel 15 years experience in cross border M&A transactions in London, New York and Paris in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, retail, luxury, consumer and media sectors.

- Building on my multicultural professional background working on dozens of cross border transactions, I perform independent financial analyses in order to validate strategic decisions: target selection, partner assessment, divestiture feasibility or bank selection.
- I take charge of the client’s transaction execution from A to Z : coordinating external counsels (accountants, lawyers, tax and insurance experts, etc…), dealing with counterparts (investment banks, seller, buyer, etc…). As a result, there is guaranteed senior coverage of the transaction from day 1 until completion and the client can continue to manage their own business whilst I run the transaction logistics on their behalf.
- I give one-on-one, tailor-made advice to decision makers regarding specific, complex situations : approaching a target, winning an auction or running a negotiation.
